Terms, Privacy, and Security.

1. Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Status & "As-Is" Provision
The Avenvetis platform and all associated services, features, and functionalities are currently provided as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The platform is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied.

2. Zero Liability & User Discretion
The current version of the application can be accessed, viewed, and modified by anyone. Any file uploaded, modified, processed, or deleted within the Avenvetis platform is done solely at the user's own discretion and absolute risk. Under no circumstances shall Avenvetis, its founders, officers, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application. Avenvetis assumes absolutely no onus or responsibility for data loss, data breaches, unauthorized modifications, or system failures.

3. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the documents they upload. You agree not to upload any illicit, strictly classified, or legally prohibited materials.

4. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Avenvetis and its personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.

1. Public MVP Environment Warning
By interacting with and uploading documents to the Avenvetis platform, users explicitly acknowledge that they are utilizing a public-facing MVP environment. While we aim to build robust privacy controls for future releases, the current iteration does not guarantee complete data isolation.

2. AI Data Training Disclaimer
CRITICAL NOTICE: There is absolutely no guarantee of data privacy regarding artificial intelligence processing on this platform. The current generative AI models and third-party APIs powering our application have no restrictions on data training.

Users are explicitly advised that any data, documents, resumes, procurement matrices, or personal information uploaded to Avenvetis may be ingested, retained, and used for training purposes by these underlying AI models. Do not upload information if you do not consent to it potentially being used in AI training datasets.

3. Data Collection and Usage
We may collect usage data, analytics, and uploaded content to facilitate the core functions of the application (e.g., matrix extraction and candidate scoring). Because this is an MVP, data retention policies are fluid, and data may be wiped or lost at any time without prior notice.

While we strive to implement industry-standard security measures, this MVP version is provided without any guarantees of absolute security. The application is in active development, and vulnerabilities may exist.

2. Prohibited Data Uploads
Users are strongly advised and explicitly warned against uploading highly sensitive, classified, or legally restricted government procurement documents during this MVP phase. You must scrub or redact highly sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) before uploading any resumes or matrices.

3. Use at Your Own Risk
Your use of the platform constitutes your agreement that you understand the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet and utilizing early-stage software. Avenvetis cannot and does not guarantee that your documents will be safe from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
